How to Return Your Product

  1. Complete the Return Form: All returns must be accompanied by a completed return form.
  2. Include the Original Invoice and Tags: Ensure that the original invoice and all original tags are attached to the product.
  3. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Return and Exchange Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date, provide the items in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  5. Original Packaging: Products must be returned with the original invoice, all tags attached, and in the original packaging materials.
  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping the product back to our facility is at your own expense. You can use any shipping carrier of your choice.
  7. Processing Time: Returns will be shipped within approximately 5-8 days. Once approved, an exchange or refund will be initiated.
  8. Refund Timeline: Please allow 15-17 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
  9. Product Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to the product due to shipping, handling, regular wear, or washing.
  10. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us at support@highlandoutfit.com with the details, and we will promptly investigate the issue.
  11. Lost or Stolen Orders: Please ensure that someone is present at the time of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders that show as delivered.
