Customized Items: Delivery time for customized items is within 16 days. Please note that delivery timing may vary based on your location.

Shipping Charges: We charge a flat rate of $25 for shipping worldwide, regardless of weight. No additional taxes, handling fees, or hidden charges are collected.

Rush Orders: For rush orders, the delivery time is between 7-10 days. Please note that additional charges apply for rush delivery.

Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver orders to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Wrong Address Shipments: If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to a courier error, we will cover the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address. We will also make a replacement and ensure it is delivered safely.
